At level 11, the pH of water is considered very alkaline. The intensity of this pH is such that it is not recommended to drink water at pH of 11.
Alkaline water should not exceed the level of 10 for human consumption. It is therefore important to listen carefully to your body, as too high water pH can sometimes cause discomfort.
