PH 10 Water

In addition to rehydrating your cells, detoxifying your body and slowing down premature aging, water with high alkalinity (pH 10) can also:/p>

• • Reduce the acidity of food
  • Sterilize vegetables or meat
  • Remove pesticides from certain products
  • Effectively clean cutting boards or dishes
  • Delay the degeneration of vegetables (the power of negative ions!)

Thus, ionized water at pH 10 is ideal for cooking since, thanks to its smaller molecules, it penetrates food deeply to reduce its bitterness.

Take the opportunity to prepare invigorating herbal teas or less acidic coffees.

At Aqualife, we know that it is sometimes difficult to know the pH level that best fits your profile, your goals and your needs. Especially in the case of such a high pH level.

There is however a pH charter to help you see more clearly. It has 14 levels (0 being the most acidic and 14, the most alkaline).

We recommend that you start with the pH level 8.5 or 9 and gradually increase over the weeks to pH 10. Generally, it is advisable to drink 6 glasses of water of 500 mL per day, with a level pH at least 9.

But if in doubt, it is better to consult your doctor.

Remember that each additional pH level corresponds to 10 times more alkalinity than the previous level. Thus, a pH of 10 is 100 times more alkaline than a pH of 8. The difference between each level is therefore enormous!
