Minerals water alkaline stick (pack of 5)

Alkaline antioxidant stick to put in tap water or a bottle of water for good antioxidant power and increase the pH of water with 5 minerals.

1. Before using, put the stick in a clean bottle filled halfway with tap water or a bottle of water (if bottled, preferably one with pH 7 or higher).
2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and arrange. This eliminates the excess of minerals. Repeat 2 more times.
3. Fill the glass again with water, shake vigorously for 30 seconds and wait 15-20 minutes before drinking.
